本ツールは、筑波大学医学医療系へルスサービスリサーチ分野およびデジタルヘルス分野が実施した研究（doi: 10.1016/j.jamda.2025.105589）の内容に基づいて、介護保険サービスを利用し始めた高齢者（65歳以上の新規要介護認定者）の方の心身機能等のパターンから、いくつかの特徴的なグループ（サブタイプ）への分類傾向を算出するものです。

This tool is developed based on research conducted by the Department of Health Services Research and Digital Health at the Institute of Medicine, University of Tsukuba (doi: 10.1016/j.jamda.2025.105589). By inputting the presence or absence of 74 items, this tool promptly suggests the most likely subtype for older adults aged 65 and over who have started using long-term care insurance services.
